Kernel Protocol Inc., an incorporated company based in the Republic of Panama (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) values the trust you have placed in us. As part of our relationship, we recognize and respect your privacy. That is why we committed to protecting your privacy and using the information you share with us responsibly. This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to explain: (i) how the Company collects, uses, processes, secures, shares and transfers information; (ii) what type(s) of information we collect; (iii) how you can edit and/or delete certain information and change preferences; and (iv) covers your access and/or use of our Interface. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of our Terms & Conditions, which governs your access to and use of our Interface in general. The Privacy Policy adopts and incorporates all definitions as they appear in the Terms & Conditions. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the Kernel Protocol and all associated tokens. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users (“you” or “your”) about the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information collected through our platform. - Kernel Protocol is a set of smart contracts deployed across the Ethereum ecosystem. It is not governed by Kernel Protocol Inc.

- Kernel Protocol Inc collects non-identifiable data such as public on-chain data and limited off-chain data like device type, browser version etc. This is to help drive production vision, not track users.

Information We Collect on the Site

Publicly Available Blockchain Data. When you connect your non-custodial blockchain wallet to the Site, we collect and log your publicly-available blockchain address to learn more about your use of the Services and to screen your wallet for any prior illicit activity. We screen your wallet using intelligence provided by blockchain analytics providers. Note that blockchain addresses are publicly-available data that are not created or assigned by us or any central party, and by themselves are not personally identifying.
Information from local storage and other tracking technologies. When you use the Site, we may send one or more cookies - small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. Please review your web browser “Help” file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings.
Information from other sources. We may receive information about your wallet address or transactions made through the Site from our service providers in order to comply with our legal obligations and prevent the use of our Services in connection with fraudulent or other illicit activities.
Under no circumstances will Kernel Protocol Inc request for you to share personal information such as private keys or seed phrases.
