Migrate from VEC, sVEC, gVEC to KERN and/or from vETH and svETH to krETH
Liquidity for VEC tokens has been removed and migrated to become liquidity for KERN tokens. The backing for vETH has been migrated to become backing for krETH. Holders of VEC, sVEC and gVEC can migrate directly to KERN tokens at a 1:1 ratio. Holders of vETH and svETH can migrate directly to krETH tokens at a 1:1 ratio.
